UV laser is cold light source.  

UV laser with short wavelength,focus, smaller spot , belongs to cold process with a little heat affecting,good beam quality.  It can achieve hyperfine marking.  Most materials can absorb ultraviolet laser. It is widely applied on industrials. With very little heat affecting area,  it won't have heat effect , there is no burning problem,pollution-free,  non-toxic,high marking speed,  high efficiency,the machine performance is stable,low power consumption.

Q: How to Install the machine?
A: After receiving our machine, customers do not need to install it and can use it directly.

Q: How to operate the machine? is training necessary?
A: The machine is mainly controlled by software. It's very easy, not complicated. Before shipment, we will make a simple operation manual with pictures and provide a user manual of the software. Generally speaking, an operator, who is not familiar with fiber laser printing machines before can still operate it very well. According to customers' requests, we can send our technician to customer's plant for machine training or customers can come to our plant for machine training if needed.

Q: In case the machine exists the problem, how to do after-sales service?
A: We provide two years machine warranty. During the two-year warranty, in case of a machine exists a problem, we will provide parts required free of charge by express. But as for the parts damaged artificially, it does not fall on our warranty list. After the warranty, we still provide lifetime service.

Q: What's the package?
A: We have 3 layers package. For the outside, we adopt a plywood case. In the middle, the machine is covered by foam, to protect the machine from shaking. For the inside layer, the machine is covered by the waterproof plastic bag.

Q: What's the delivery time?
A: Generally speaking, the lead time is 5-7 working days after receiving the payment.

Q: Can we add a protection cover?
A: Yes, we can add a protection cover if you need it. We can customize the design as customers request.

Q: What're the consumables for fiber laser marking machines?
A: It does not have consumables. It's very economical and cost-effective.
